ようやく新しい冷蔵庫稼働。古い冷蔵庫は60cm幅だと思い込んでいたため気軽な気持ちでポチとした冷蔵庫が我が家の階段を登らないことを配達の人に知らされてようやく採寸したら新婚の時に買った冷蔵庫は55x55cmであった。。。返品となった。すごく迷惑な顧客になってしまった＜＝配達の人ごめんなさい！
のでその晩家人と家電店に行き、54×65.5cmのものが３ドアで自動製氷付き最小と知り買ってみたものの奥行きがあるので心配だったのだが、配達の人たちの匠の技で（階段の電気とか取り外ししたり）「ギリでしたが良かったです」との言葉と共に３Fに到着。ほんと一安心。我が家ではもう簡単に冷蔵庫は替えられないと悟り、これを死ぬまで大事に使おうね！家人がしみじみ言い、夫婦の絆を深めることとなった（？）

今年も徳島の友人よりスダチ届く！相棒の秋刀魚が高いのがアレだが、毎年家人はこれでスダチ酎を飲むのを楽しみにしている。ご主人のご実家の山で大量に親戚の方々と収穫して送ってくれるのだが一度畳に広げて（その専用の部屋があるそうな）表面をちゃんと乾かして色を保つように傷みにくいようにしてから送ってくれているのをこの間会った時に聞いてびっくり。彼女はこのスダチを親しい友人たちに面白い写真付き手紙入りで毎年送っているのだ。素晴らしい！手間と友情たっぷりのすだち。今年も美味しくいただいてます！

朝8時集合で、来賓の方のリボン付けから始まり、スイカ、大玉3個中玉4個、なし40個、漬物山のように切って、朝昼番の神輿と踊りと子供達に配り、お酒を振る舞い、宮司さんたちへ酒席を用意し接待し、来客と神輿衆と役員のお昼と晩のお弁当を配布し、都度公会堂広間の掃除機をかけ机の配置を変え、法被の交換、稚児さんの着付けの手伝い、人探し、もの探し、の間に食器やバットを洗い盛り付けのループ、その際に発覚の足りないものを買い出しにいき、夜は直会の準備接待と後片付けをし、夜10時まで。。。を女子（？）8人で回す。その間隙を見つけて家に帰らせてもらい母にお弁当を食べさせてトイレの手伝いをする。最後脚ガクガク（ずっと立ち仕事）で思考停止した。（＜＝ほぼ全員）ちかれた。。。
でも。終わった。あと今日の午前中の後片付けだけだよー（嬉
祭壇の3キロの鯛は子供会のお母さん（調理師さん）がこんな素晴らし煮付けにしてくれた。最後残ったのを味見させてもらったら素晴らしかった！
これまで食べたパンケーキの中で一番の柔らかさ。ほぼメレンゲ。これはこれであり。
先々月の通院デーに家人と下見チェックもしたので祭が終わったらいよいよ冷蔵庫（今のは結婚した時に買ったもの）を注文しようと思っていたのだが、朝起きたら冷凍庫の氷が水になっていて、常備のビールも冷えてない。。。あーーー。来ちゃった。Xデー。あと１週間待ってくれたらよかったのになぁ。。。今注文しても届くの来週。母の冷蔵庫に中身を移動ししのぐ。祭の鯛引き受けなくて良かったよ。
明日は祭壇作り、明後日は宵祭り、明後日本番、明々後日後片付けと4日に渡る「祭」Weekend is comming!!!!!
直会で食べる大きな鯛を誰が煮るか！で危うく引き受けるか。。。というところで子供会のお母さんで調理師さんがいて一件落着。よかった。^^
医療センターから地域の病院に移っての初検診。予想通り移動してきた患者さんで混み混み。駐車場も止めるとこがない。。元々の患者さんから「今日はなんでこんなに混んでいるの？！」という声があちこちで上がる。ごめんなさい。私たちのせいです。いや、医療センターの。いや、違うか。うーん。ともかく看護師さんたちの尽力でなんとか２時間くらいで帰れたと思う。ドクターは相変わらずで、面白い。母のペースメーカーはあと3年半は使えそうだそう。そこで交換手術。86歳の年。3回目の手術。メモ。
夏と秋が混在。暑さに負けず長持ちしますように。
敬老のイベントが終わったので、お祭り準備モードに町内突入。土曜日は紙垂を作り、日曜日は縄張り。そして公園清掃。公園清掃は雨天中止が続きも草ボーボー。台風前の低気圧で暑い蒸す中人力で頑固で大きな草を引っこ抜く。クタクタ。汗だく。脚ガクガク。台風が来ているから紙垂と花棒設置は台風過ぎてから。
それにしても蒸す！
友人とのランチで食べたスイカのグラニテが今まためっちゃ食べたい！！
ご近所さんより箱で頂く。秋の足音。この間お正月だったのにあっという間に秋。
婦人会の二大イベントのうち一つ敬老行事終了。朝から大忙し。御祝品仕分け、運搬、汗だく。家と公会堂を行ったり来たりの間に敬老対象者１０軒を訪問しお祝いの品お祝い金諸々付随やり取りをして回る。イベントに行く人たちへの声かけ来ない人足の悪い人のお迎え、お見送り、お出迎え、終わった後は来週末のお祭りの台所確認（皿やコップの数）それから名札と役員のお名前の確認。終了6時。朝8：50集合なのでみんなヘトヘト。（だよね）
とりあえず敬老の日行事が怪我人なく（市民文化センターに引率しているので）無事終わって、皆一安心してた。特に引率組の皆さんお疲れ様と労った。
産直に行ったら栗が出てた！
ので栗ご飯にしよう！
いよいよ祭りの踊りの練習開始。振り付けの先生が来られて久しぶりの炭坑節と初めて知ったふるさとの街。。。婦人会の集まりでみんなが「ようこそが。。」と話していた踊りはこれだったのね。若い世代は「もう体に染み付いてる」というくらい馴染みのある踊りらしい。振り付けの先生たちと若い子供会ママさんとの考え方の違いでプチ火花が散ってヒヤッとシーンもあったがなんとか無事終了。あとは今週来週の夜定期的に子供会婦人会で集まっての練習練習となる。
祭壇の確認や発注作業も終了。ここで毎回お供えする52cmサイズの昆布とスルメの注文先が仲良しの高校の友人の実家先だと初めて知る。そうだとなるとすでにお店を閉じている。と伝えると皆さんびっくり。4年前のお祭りの時にはまだお店あったからね。スーパーにも確認に行ったのだが、スーパーサイズではどちらも短くて収まりが悪いということになり、ダメ元で友人に連絡すると友人がご実家に連絡してくれて、無事スルメと昆布をGET!!（ありがとう！）友人もご実家が離れたわが町内の祭りの祭壇の供物まで扱っていたとはびっくりだよーとのことであった。ついでに近況方向もできてよかった。^^

さて、今週は敬老の日のお祝いイベントと紙垂作成作戦だ！あ、盆踊りの練習もね。
家人の健康診断の結果届く。
肉肉肉！星人なのに何故か今回も貧血でまたも再検査。ここ2年貧血でいろんなとこ受診しているのに理由分からず。（貧血なのにヘモグロビン値は高い）11月にも大きな病院の診断センターでその流れの再検査アゲインではある。そして2016年に500を超えた中性脂肪値が200=>180=>130となり、今年は何と90!!!!一瞬目を疑った！ 毎日欠かさずの青魚と1日二杯の珈琲効果なのか？！中性脂肪500=>90はすごいのではないかと思う。体重は175cmでここ20年くらい56-7キロで体型同じなのにこの結果の違い。うーん。青魚と珈琲摂取、中性脂肪お悩みの方はトライしてみて！と言いたくなるな。これは。
肝臓値はお酒毎晩飲んでるからの値だけれど（再検にはならない程度）貧血以外は特に問題なし！良かった。しかし母も「貧血」以外は問題なし！だったのだが「貧血！」がキーワード？の我が家（あ、私は貧血ジャッジはないが）。なんか気になる。
友人が鈴かぼちゃを探しているので、スーパーに行くたびにかぼちゃコーナーを確認。鈴かぼちゃは出てないけど、何気に各所でかぼちゃの名前がちょっと違うのを発見して密かに楽しんでいる。栗マロンかぼちゃとかエビスとか。
あれ？突然に涼しくなったと思っていたらスーパーに筋子（北海道）が出始めていた。まだ小ぶりだけど初物ということで買って、ぬるま湯と塩でほぐして、醤油漬けにした。
写真はほぐしたてピカピカ。筋子からだと味も我が家好みにできるのがよろしい。家人の好物。今日のシメはいくら丼だ！テンションあげあげ。^^
友人の愛！湿度計！ありがとう！

アイス枕は快適だったのだが、今朝起きたら首寝違えてた。イテテテ。
トウモロコシ、梨、お菓子、ナッツ、鯖、ラッキョウ。なす、キュウリ、ゴーヤ、肉、みかんジュース！ご近所さん＆友人たち、親戚の皆さん！ご馳走さま！お盆休み、頂き物天国！
昨日は友人と甘いもの天国巡り？へ。去年プレゼントで頂いたコキアのその後も見せられて良かった！来年またコキアに戻ったら友人作の箒のおかげに違いない。^^

甘いものと甘い飲み物を摂取し過ぎたが、昨夜は夜中に何度も母のコールで３Fと2Fを行ったり来たりしたので(冷房効きすぎな感じなのか？)、階段昇降で摂取カロリーはもう消費したかな。母さんダイエット^o^ ちと寝不足気味だけど出勤デーなので頑張ろう。（寝ないように）
種からのコキアに蕾発見！
お盆休みで東京から帰省している高校時代の友人や、前の会社の先輩（高校の先輩でもあり開発の先輩でもある）と少し会う時間が取れた。皆主婦なので家事などの役立ち時短技などの情報交換もできた。昨日は義父の命日だったので、義父の好きだった白い花をお供えアレンジにしてもらって届けてもらった。お供えのお菓子は今日義兄と家人が実家に向かうので託すことができる。そして本当の家族水入らずなので義母も義父も喜ぶのではないかな。台風の強い残り風の道中が心配だがしっかり者の義兄さんと２人旅なので安全に行ってくれるだろう。お土産話が楽しみだな。
今月のお花。花より団子の母（遺伝子は受け継がれている）であったがディサービスのフラワーアレンジメントイベントのおかげでこの頃は花の名前とかバランスとか勉強中なのよ。とのこと。
義母と電話で話していたら、お肌に凄く効果があるサプリを見つけたという。朝起きたらお肌しっとりぷるんとなっていたそう。
義母も母も83才。自分磨き、継続中！
夏休みでドルフィンツアーが多くて先生のガイドスケジュールも多忙の模様。ホテルの祭りイベントで金魚の屋台がどこかに出ていたらしく、あの金魚は大きくなったら鯉になるんでしょ？と今日、日本人観光客に教えてもらったよ。というので、あれはフナだから鯉にはならないと訂正してあげた。^^

新生姜発見のため。友人に教えてもらった1年分の紅生姜作成（切るだけだけど^^)！！！

を試しに買ってタオルを巻いて首の下に置いて寝たら凄く快適だった。朝もまだひんやり。もっと早く買えばよかった！
普通に美味しい！ちゃんとしば漬け！
梅干しの梅酢で友人に教えてもらったように紅生姜を作ろうとしたら新生姜が一個しか手に入れられなかったので（また見つけたら作る予定）、ついでにしば漬けにもチャレンジすることにした。夏野菜（ナスとキュウリとミョウガと大葉）をまた大量にご近所さんからいただいていたので有効利用。ちゃんと発酵させるには室温に数日（夏場は3日と書いてある）置いておくらしいのだがちょっと怖い。今朝見たらこんな感じ。発酵したら液が白濁して泡が出てくるらしい。。。まだそのレベルではないけど香りはもうしば漬けになっている。
